What snack would you eat right now?

I’m the kind of gal that is always craving a quick little treat, usually something chocolate or rich with flavor. Unfortunately searching for a snack like that can quickly lead to overconsumption of some chocolatey goods that aren’t the healthiest, if I didn’t know any better I’d probably be eating chocolate cake all day!

Thankfully there’s a healthier and better way!

That’s why my go to is always going to be a quick and easy bone broth hot chocolate !

All you need is a few ingredients which are

  1. Organic Bone broth (chx or beef)
  2. Organic Cocoa powder
  3. Maple syrup
  4. Whole milk

This recipe is extremely simple with only 4 ingredients!

Serving size for one is

2 cups bone broth

4Tbs cocoa powder

2Tbs maple syrup

1 cup whole milk

Throw it all in a pot over medium high and let it heat up, usually only taking about 15 minutes!Then voila, you will have the quickest, easiest, warmest, and most soothing beneficial quick treat!
